Execute and manage events efficiently based on user growth paths and event scenarios to effectively engage active and core users, enhancing user retention.
Monitor and analyze user operation data, ensuring events align with operational goals, are executed as planned, and deliver measurable results.
Research industry events and participate in optimizing existing event strategies.

Requirements:

Undergraduate or graduate student from a top university; immediate availability preferred.
Able to commit to an internship for at least 3 months, with a preference for 6 months or more.
Strong learning ability and a detail-oriented, responsible work attitude.
Basic data processing and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and an interest in the Web3 industry.
Understanding of Web3 event operations or relevant internship experience.
Ability to identify global trends and develop event strategies accordingly.
Proficiency in English as a working language or fluency in other languages such as Russian, Korean, Vietnamese, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Turkish, Arabic, Italian, Ukrainian, German, French, Hindi, Urdu, etc.

监控、分析用户运营数据，通过活动运营掌握运营目标，按节点推进活动顺利进行，并监控活动效果。

岗位要求：

优秀院校本科或者研究生在校学生，能立即到岗优先。
可以稳定实习3个月以上，能够保证6个月以上实习者优先。
有快速学习能力以及严谨负责的工作态度。
具备一定的数据处理能力和总结梳理能力。
善于交流沟通，对Web3行业有学习兴趣。
了解Web3活动运营或者有相关实习经验，能够敏锐察觉全球时下热点制定相应活动方案或主题策划。
能够将英语作为工作语言，或者掌握俄语、韩语、越南语、西语、葡语、波兰语、土
其语、阿拉伯语、意大利语、乌克兰语、德语、法语、印地语、乌尔都语等小语种。
