  • Manage a pool of talent, tracking contract dates and prioritize the bench.
  • Running weekly search meetings with hiring managers, staying organized, giving updates, and holding others accountable for action items.
  • Tracking and approving timecards, PTO, weekly 1:1s, and conducting annual reviews
  • Define and track key performance indicators and metrics to measure success and drive accountability. Continuously look for ways to simplify and drive process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Develop and manage plans, systems, tools, processes, and procedures that maximize the efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of the performance process while reinforcing behaviors necessary for the growth and development of teams. Processes include goal setting, performance reviews, development plans, and quarterly coaching sessions.
  • Partnering with Account Leads, sharing insight, opportunities and challenges around talent growth and client satisfaction.

Expectations:

  • Keep informed of industry best practices and trends in the career space, continually assessing where we can tap into subject matter experts and make improvements.
  • Foster relationships that ensure a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Establishing and maintaining a deep understanding of your client departments and how they operate.
