As a Creative Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the design and visual impact of marketing materials, products, and publications, ensuring they align with brand strategy and captivate audiences.

Your Mission

Creative Direction & Project Management:

  • Lead and manage creative projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with executives and other creative leaders to set project deadlines, content goals, and budgets.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Supervise and inspire a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and project managers.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team leads and managers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to ensure continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.

Brand Management & Collaboration:

  • Ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistent across all platforms and materials.
  • Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and external partners to understand their vision and translate it into compelling creative outputs.
  • Participate in social events, corporate events, and workshops to stay connected with industry trends and enhance brand presence.
Your Impact
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative management role, overseeing design, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Proven ability to develop creative concepts and see them through to execution.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring creative teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in creative software and tools relevant to design and content creation.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines effectively.
