Responsibilities
The Senior Account Manager’s primary role is to ensure customer satisfaction and client retention by delivering timely, consistent, and quality service for alarge/complex book of business. Average book size typically $400,000-$450,000
revenue.
- They will serve as primary client service contact for multiple accounts. Primary account managment responsibilities include -
- Pre-Renewal/Renewals - Meeting with Producers, establishing renewal expectations with the client
- Review and analyze quotations received from carriers
- Prepare professional and accurate proposals for presentations to clients, including annual Account Narratives and /or Account Summaries
- Prepare professional and accurate summaries for existing clients
- Review endorsements for accuracy
- Perform contract review with respect to insurance requirements
- Help resolve complex COI compliance issues. When necessary, order endorsements needed to comply and /or securing additional lines of coverage
- Prepare and deliver timely binders and invoices upon binding of coverage
- Review newly issues policies for accuracy before delivery to clients
- Use company systems and procedures to maintain and prioritize workload
- Lead monthly renewal meetings with producer and other Account Managers on the team
- Maintain certifications and complete assigned training goals
- Maintain current knowledge of underwriting requirements and authority outlined by each carrier
- Coaching and mentorship of others
- Lead/perform special projects with guidance from leading level team member
- Identify and convert on account rounding and cross-sell opportunities
- Assist in the training and development of new personal lines employees
Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrates professionalism and responsiveness in communication with clients, carriers, producers and peers
- Solution -oriented service delivery mindset
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Offce - Word, Excel, Outllok
- Agency Management System Experience. AMS Sagitta and ImageRight preferred
- Broad industry knowledge and experience
- Strong/Consistent work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- 5+ Years of industry experience, including at least 3 at the AM level
- HNW client experience preferred
- Applicable state P&C Agents license
- Industry related certifications expected
- College degree preferred, or equivalent experience

Hourly range is $36 to $43 per hour.
