This is an exciting role to work for GUS Canada Colleges with the International Team following as we expand the business in 2017. Working with the Student Recruitment team. Plays a key role in the growth of a company by identifying new partners and business opportunities, supporting the existing partners, supporting BDs strategic objectives including supporting target achievement and better performance in terms of profit-making. GUS Canada Colleges is part of a large group called the Global University Systems which may enable you to develop a career within the group in many of our schools globally.
Position:
Responsibilities includes the following activities but not limited to:
Process applications, responsible to request and send offer letters
Accommodation management, transfers.
Support agents/accounts development including handling complaints and problem solving.
Dealing with credit notes liaising with finance department; ensure accurate payment allocation, including reviewing payment reports.
Liaising with marketing and internal stakeholders to ensure the flow of relevant information to the sales team.
Reply to agent’s enquiry and support them in selling and representing our brand, support in strengthening business relations
Maintain long-term relationships with existing partners and clients
You will work closely with our business developers.
Attend events organized by colleges or our partners to promote the programs offered in the colleges
Organize webinars with our partners to promote the programs offered in GCC institutions
Become the 'go to' person for information on all priority accounts. Actively understand what is happening and proactively processing information as to update and share information with the ine management and BDMs.
Data analysis helping BDMs to entity business opportunities and challenges.
Keep abreast of team targets and KPIs supporting operations.

Requirements:
Knowledge/Skills
A second language apart from English.
Proactive, can do attitude, and achievement driven, self-motivated;
Be organized, confident, self-disciplined
Excellent interpersonal skills
Customer focused, including professional credibility, relationship building, and influencing.
Proficient in Excel
Have effective analysis and problem solving skills
CRM knowledge would be an advantage
An understanding of English Language market and interest to work in the education sector is an advantage.
Experience
Experience of developing and implementing key account processes
Experience of key account coordination or sales coordination in a related industry would be advantageous;
