Junior Business Systems Associate

Position Overview

As a member of the Business Systems team, you will help us maintain and update our NetSuite system. Your main focus will be adding new parts to the NetSuite inventory module following the established procedures and standards, updating and maintaining manufacturer price lists and price levels, updating and maintaining item weights and dimensions. You will also be responsible for updating existing items when needed, ensuring the data accuracy and consistency. Lastly, you will be responsible for importing and updating Special Pricing Agreements. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively in English with different stakeholders.

Essential Job Functions

·        Analyzes information and identifies variances when updates occur

·        Analyzes new item information, including manufacturer updates, and imports Item information in NetSuite

·        Maintain Manufacturer price levels for Customers

·        Import/Update Manufacturer Price Lists into NetSuite

·        Utilize and maintain import templates

·        Use CRM system and edit documents provided to get needed information into CRM

·        Create quotes in CRM with accuracy based on the Special Pricing Agreements (ensure that what is on the quote matches the Special Pricing Agreement provided)

·        Ensure quotes are in the correct order for processing

·        Detail focused and possessed strong organizational, problem-solving skills

·        Ability to recognize when things are not correct and contact the correct person.

·        Send quotes as they are prepared to the correct sales team member.

·        Other Ad hoc reporting/imports as needed

·        3+ year experience in accounting or data analytics

·        3+ year experience using a CRM system

·        Self-starter and self-motivated who is excited to dive in and impact growth

·        Detail-oriented, organized, strategic, and analytical thinker

·        Fast-learner, excellent communication (verbal & written), & multi-tasking skills

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, IF statements and data validation required)

·        Database Management

·        Field mapping experience preferred

·        Strong math and logic skills

·        Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining best practices

·        Reacts to adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently

·        Excellent team skills – works collaberatively with peers and other departments to achieve the

company’s objectives

·        Experience working with NetSuite is a plus

Education/Experience

3+ years’ experience in accounting or data analysis
