What We Are Looking For

The Vendor Technical Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of coordinating technical integration with third-party partners, including: interacting with clients, understanding the business value and how the third party product works, understanding how the integrations work, assisting with troubleshooting problems, and facilitating communications between involved parties. This communication requires building strong internal and external relationships and gaining a deep understanding of our clients’ needs to both maintain existing integrations and build new ones. This role requires someone who is highly organized, values client satisfaction, works well under pressure, and understands how systems work together.

Requirements

·Take ownership of our library of third-party integrations.

· Serve as Senior Coordinator of all players involved in establishing, developing and maintaining third party partner relationships.

·Quickly understand the business function and integration models of third party partner systems and translate that information so it is easily understandable for multiple audiences.

· Partner with our Product Owners and Integrations Architect to mentor third party partners on what “tighter integration” looks like to always facilitate best practices.

· Participate in technical vetting calls to determine the optimal integration type for the vendor and service in question and ensure alignment on time commitments and prioritization

· Partner with Vendor Relations to identify new third party partners Corelation should consider working with based on organizational initiatives and client feedback. Be able to describe what these vendors do and how they would complement KeyStone.

· Participate in recurring meetings with Vendors to stay abreast of enhancements and technical upgrades as well as to maintain an understanding of their implementation process.

· Coordinate vendor meetings with integration staff defining objectives of the meeting for all.

· Project management of non-KeyBridge integrations.

· In partnership with Vendor Relations, establish and maintain technical contacts/relationships for escalations.

· Partner with third party vendors to collect and maintain current technical documentation and specifications.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Why You Are The Perfect Fit

Experience

Two plus years of experience in the software technology field. Fintech experience is a plus. Additionally, an understanding of the KeyStone platform is a plus but not required.

Education

(1) A college degree or (2) multi-craft skills acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs or (3) in-depth industry and job specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training.
