Job description

Your role and responsibilities
As a Technical Service Specialist (m|w|div) -  Spanish native speaker, you will be responsible for solving product-related technical queries. Become part of our multinational team with around 300 employees from more than 33 different nationalities in Europe. Diversity is our strength! We look forward to welcoming highly motivated new employees to our current team of 6, who work together in our Technical Services department.
 
  Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

  • Customer support: You are the main internal and external contact for all product-related topics. You support our customers in writing, by phone and in team meetings in solving technical questions regarding product application.
  • Technical inquiries and feasibility studies: You process drawing requests and check their feasibility with our suppliers.
  • Complaints management: Your goal is to increase customer satisfaction by handling and reducing product complaints.
  • Market and competition analysis: You observe and analyze market trends and conduct competitive analyses.
  • Process improvement: Continuous improvement is a matter of course for you. Together with other departments, such as Customer Service, Sales and Business Development, you work on process improvements and ensure their implementation. 
  • Reporting and project management: You will regularly report the progress of your projects and tasks to the Technical Services team leader.
Your profile
  • You have completed a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a similar technical field or have a technical education with relevant work experience. 
  • You have already gained 1-3 years of work experience in a technical field, preferably in mechanical engineering or industrial manufacturing.
  • You have very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • You have already gained experience with CAD programs (e.g. SolidWorks).
  • You have strong consulting skills with a high level of service orientation.
  • You bring a proactive way of working and strong analytical skills.
  • You are a native spanish speaker and have excellent written English skills, German is a bonus.
This position is a 100% remote position.
