Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding technical support to Finnish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Communicate clearly with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues as necessary.
  • Engage in continuous training and professional development to stay current on products and services.
  • Provide feedback on customer experiences to improve service quality and processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A desire to learn new technologies and improve on previous experience.
