Social Media and Content Manager

We are seeking a talented and versatile social media and content manager to join our team and manage the online presence of both Senzu.com and DreamHire.com. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, influencer outreach, content creation, and SEO optimization.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow Senzu's presence on TikTok and Instagram using ContentStudio.io and Metricool.com
• Manage and grow DreamHire's LinkedIn presence for both client acquisition and candidate recruitment
• Respond to customer questions and comments across all social platforms
• Conduct social media influencer outreach, negotiate deals, and manage UGC content
• Assist with marketing campaigns and product launches on social media
• Create and maintain a content calendar, planning promotions around holidays and events
  

2. Content Creation and SEO:

• Produce blog content for both Senzu and DreamHire using AI tools like perplexity.ai and Claude.ai
• Proofread and optimize content using tools like neuronwriter.com and writerzen.com for SEO
• Collaborate with SEO agency to improve organic rankings for Amazon products, Shopify, and DreamHire
• Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics and use SEO tools like Ubersuggest and SheerSEO
  

3. Email Marketing:

• Manage newsletters and email flows for Senzu.com using Klaviyo or Omnisend

• Manage the DreamHire.com newsletter

4. Analytics and Reporting:

• Use UTMs and spreadsheets to organize and track all marketing efforts
• Monitor and provide regular reports on social media growth and content performance metrics

6. Affiliate Deals

• Arrange affiliate deals with course creators, influencers, and others for referrals to DreamHire

7. Additional Tasks:

• Post content for company on relevant platforms
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
