Our Technology
Tezos is an open-source platform known for its flexibility, security, and self-amendment capabilities. It’s built to empower developers to create smart contracts and decentralised applications with ease. Today, the Tezos ecosystem is made up of thousands of passionate community members actively involved in various projects and initiatives including the development of decentralised applications, smart contracts, and educational content. We’re proud to partner with the likes of Manchester United, McLaren Racing, Ubisoft, and Societe Generale (to name a few). The Role
The Growth & Marketing function is the creative force instrumental in driving the growth and success of the Tezos ecosystem. As the Social Media Lead, you will take a leadership role in overseeing campaign planning, execution, and optimisation, while mentoring team members and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
You will be responsible for regularly reviewing the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns, while discovering new ways to optimise their growth. What you’ll do
Owning and executing the social media strategy
Overseeing and guiding the production of high-quality, engaging content for all social media platforms
Keeping up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the blockchain space, ensuring content remains relevant for our target audience
Monitoring community sentiment online and addressing any concerns promptly
Taking ownership of operating and growing Tezos’ and Trilitech’s social media channels
Tracking, monitoring and reporting content performance through insights and analytics
Creating cost-effective social media marketing campaigns aimed at increasing Trilitech’s social media presence and general awareness of Tezos
Streamlining social media channels to ensure content and tone of voice is consistent
Leading and mentoring the social media team
What you’ll need
Extensive social media experience within the blockchain space
Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and developing team members
Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications
Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven success managing campaigns across platforms such as Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Farcaster, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
Proficiency in social media analytics tools with a data-driven approach to reporting and strategy
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
