Job description

Job Purpose:

 

Provide technical solution for company’s Products and Services, including Telecom services, Carrier and MNC customers. Involve in all pre-sale lifecycle, including attending pre-sales technical meeting, gather requirement, and provide sound solution on time. Provide technical support during implementation stage, including provisioning, coordinating with vendor where necessary. Provide technical support for after sale services where required.


Responsibilities:

  • Pre-sales technical solutions, bid management for company’s Products and Services, including Telecom services, IEPL, IPLC, DIA, IPT, SDWAN, MPLSVPN, to Carrier and MNC customers.
  • Deliver solutions/RFPs on time, with high standard.
  • Attend customer meetings to gather requirements, product technical proposals.
  • Provide technical support for service delivery where required.
  • Provide after sale services where required.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering related subjects.
  • CCIE-SP or HCIE level desired.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/Telecom market.
  • Hands-on-experiences in data, ICT projects.  Good project management skills and communication skills.
  • Technical knowledge in IEPL/IPLC, MPLS VPN, SDWAN, WAN, IPT.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
