The Regional Team Lead, HR Shared Service will play a vital role in supporting the Senior Manager, HR Shared Service to manage, lead, and facilitate the employee experience in the APAC region (India, Bangladesh, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan). This position is part of the Dx HR Operations & Insights group located in Singapore and will be remote. The associate will be hosted by Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher company.

Specific duties include but are not limited to:

  • Build a team and proper support model to manage the APAC Dx HR transition- we are in process of moving to a center of excellence model for shared service
  • Partner with HRBPs to implement new needed policies and programs, lead and drive policy creation and prioritization
  • Develop and document HR Standard Work for key processes. This will ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across our HR operations, laying a strong foundation for our upcoming transformation
  • Support compliance needs in the region- provide essential support to ensure all reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with local regulations and help mitigate risks.
  • Provide reports, data, and analysis as required to HR, the leadership team and global internal stakeholders

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of related work experience or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with process harmonization and process optimization in a complex matrix environment
  • Experience supporting a complex region with different countries and labor law

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel – 5-15% of the time

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience with ServiceNow or a HR Shared Service center model
  • Experience with Workday
