Position Summary:
Join our team as an Associate Software Automation Engineering Specialist within the Technical Services subfamily. You'll be responsible for delivering implementation and ongoing managed services, training, and other professional offerings to both new and existing customers. Our team specializes in mapping and managing customer business forms and integrating them into core banking systems. You'll build, test, and maintain loan functionality within the PriceMyLoan pricing engine, using functions and formulas to automate investor guidelines and rate sheet adjustments into eligibility and pricing rules. Additionally, you'll assist clients with system configuration and custom pricing/eligibility requests of varying complexity.
Key Responsibilities:
-Contribute to one area of ownership within the team.
-Report escalated issues/bugs to senior team members.
-Develop, implement, test, and maintain automated machinery, processes, and control systems for the engine environment.
-Assist in troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, and enhancing automation equipment and systems processes.
-Maintain computer equipment or software.
-Assist with infrastructure setup and testing for application transparency and security.

You should have prior education or career experience. You'll apply your job skills, company policies, and procedures to complete assigned tasks. This role requires a basic skill set and proficiency in the subject area to perform routine tasks with minimal supervision.

Salary range of $48,500-$68,400. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
