IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST

What you’ll achieve
As the IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST, you will use your knowledge of software, IT architecture and integration standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM) to validate, introduce and successfully deliver ORBIS U services in the regions. You will be responsible for remote installation and configuration efforts for pilot sites, as well as other first order configuration efforts as directed.
You will:
- Provide technical coordination and leadership in the design and execution of installations/configurations for service validation efforts, pilot sites and new countries in collaboration with the technical architect and the local teams.
- Participate as a technical expert to analyze customer needs and develop site-specific workflow requirements for software configurations, working with the customer, project managers and local service organizations.
- Guide, mentor and support in the first deployments of a new country/region.
- Take the lead in pilot/first of type projects in cooperation with product management and local service organizations.
- Identify and resolve technical issues.
- Assist/support on unblocking escalation sites, problem sites.
- Maintain and review documentation, manuals, and training material and complement product documentation with additional service documentation (ex. service guide)
- Report any product or documentation issues.
- Ensure that implementation and configuration cases are documented, and all processes and checklists are followed.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with business, clinical, operational, technical and support team members.
- Identify opportunities for improving, standardizing the delivery of the services.
- Drive an international community of domain experts with a clear focus on sharing knowledge, best practices and consolidation/prioritization of (service) requirements.
- Close collaboration with all teams involved in the product lifecycle, such as product management, product development, sales, service, support and project management.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent through industry experience. With 5+ years’ experience in the ICT industry.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge network and hardware knowledge.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of operating systems like Windows 2016/2019 and Linux.
- You are familiar or have experience with one of these cloud platforms: AWS/Azure
- You are familiar or have experience with container concepts: Docker, Kubernetes/Openshift,..
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong Leadership skills
- Fluent in English.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience as an engineer/consultant supporting clients in a high tech or software environment (ideally within Healthcare IT) or experience with Cloud (preferable Azure and AWS) in a managed services setting is a plus.
- Scripting tools (Bash, Powershell, Python, Javascript)
- IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Monitoring and logging tools such as: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK,
- Security Experience as an engineer/consultant supporting clients in a high tech or software environment (ideally within Healthcare IT) or experience with Cloud (preferable Azure and AWS) in a managed services setting is a plus.
- protocols and standards such as OAuth, SAML and SSL/TSL, and their application in security solutions.
- Hospital workflows (IHE, HL7, FHIR, DICOM)
- Database (Oracle, PostegreSQL, MangoDB)
