GRC Implementation Specialist (GER)

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of OneTrust, TEF GRC Tool.
• Coordinate with internal SPOCs (about 10-15 people).
• Collect and streamline documented processes, questionnaires, dashboards, etc.
• Track received information and create templates and specifications.
• Review, cross-check, and upload data in the tool for testing, highlighting any anomalies.
• Assist in the creation of TEF training materials for OneTrust.
• Learn to use OneTrust during and after the project.

• Security (Governance, Risk, Compliance) background.
• GRC Tool implementation experience (OneTrust or other).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.
• English min. B2+/C1 (ability to communicate in an international environment).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to connect the dots and understand security concepts.

• Type of contract: B2B
• Start: ASAP
• Rate: up to 270 PLN/h net + vat;
• Project length: 6 months with the possibility of extension
