The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the role as Customer Engagement Manager (m/f/d) will make an impact:
Develop and share deep insights into healthcare professionals' (HCPs) motivations, challenges, and needs.
Collect and analyse customer and patient journey insights to enhance engagement strategies.
Identify pain points in patient journeys and create tailored solutions for improved experiences.
Design omnichannel customer engagement plans with actionable call-to-actions.
Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with field insights and engagement efforts.
Leverage data to identify demand opportunities and foster relationships with key decision-makers.
Contribute to cross-functional account teams, optimizing account strategies and outcomes.
Build internal and external networks in digital health and innovation.
Spend significant time with customers to place their needs at the center of business decisions.
Lead and coordinate collaboration between marketing, product management, market access, and other teams.
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Experience: 7+ years in customer engagement, sales, or marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven ability to develop and implement customer-centric strategies.
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales and market data.
Experience in designing and executing omnichannel customer engagement initiatives.
Familiarity with patient discharge coordination and post-discharge support.
Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical sector.
Ability to manage budgets and track engagement effectiveness.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
