We're looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join the fold!
As our Paid Social Specialist, you'll be a key part of the team, helping us find, keep, and grow our customer base! How? By creating engaging experiences across social media that encourage people to buy our products. Reporting into our Senior Marketing Manager, Paid Social, you'll be in charge of the daily management of our campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest – you know these platforms inside out, and their unique features.

While much of our E-Commerce Team is based in the USA, we are looking for amazing candidates within Australia for this role. As a global team we commit to 4 hours per day of collaboration time which sees our Australian team diving into earlier mornings and our US team aligning to PST afternoons.

With data and dashboards at the ready, you love finding new ways to reach our audience, attract new customers and build solid relationships with our existing customer community.

There is no task too small or too big if it's the task that has to be done to drive impact.You've mastered the art of delegation and are well versed in managing up to ensure that projects in your purview progress. You know asking for help is a sign of strength and equally find satisfaction in being that helping hand for your teammates when necessary.

You’re at ease diving in to draw out helpful insights from our existing channels to inform tests, launches and moments to go bigger. Whilst you’re fanatical about data, you’re also well aware that sometimes, good decisions need to be made with incomplete information and you’ve developed a level of confidence in how you make clear recommendations when sometimes your vision is foggy.
You’re clear, calm and collaborative
You effectively report to the team on the progress of current marketing channel testing, produce insightful rear views and make recommendations on how to improve or test new channel approaches. You’re passionate about collaboration and feedback and you’re excited by the opportunity to work alongside your team.
