Your Role

As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a steady deal flow in our pipeline. Your goal is to generate qualified leads through outbound sales activities and set up initial meetings with decision-makers.

After 12 months, you'll not only be an expert in B2B sales but also have the opportunity to close your deals and advance your career in sales.

Your Responsibilities

Lead research & outbound sales Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email & LinkedIn.

Lead qualification Speak with finance professionals to determine if Aumico is a good fit for them.
Meeting Scheduling Book appointments for our sales team with key decision-makers.
CRM management Document your activities and analyze your performance based on KPIs.
Personal development Receive intensive sales coaching in your first year to close your own deals.

What You Should Bring

Early-career professional Whether you're a university graduate or have internship experience, your drive is what matters!
Fluent in German Essential for communicating with our clients in Switzerland & Germany.
Strong communication skills You are quick-witted, confident in cold calling, and can inspire people.
Resilience A no isn't a setback for you a chance to improve.
Self-motivation & drive You want to be part of something big and actively contribute.
Goal-oriented mindset KPIs dont intimidate you; they motivate you.
Willingness to learn Youre eager to grow, improve, and succeed in sales.
Tech-savvy Experience with Generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT) and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus but not required.
