About the Job

We are looking for a data-driven, inventive and technical marketer with a passion for scaling SaaS, to help us drive growth for TrackingTime across all its features and funnels, generating a real transformation across our product, processes and all acquisition channels. The ideal candidate would be a creative mindset eager to identify growth opportunities and drive rampant optimization.

The job is fully remote. The team, including the managing partners, is located in Argentina, while the company is incorporated in the USA. As one of the leading SaaS platforms in time tracking and productivity software, we serve thousands of business clients all over the globe.

As a product-led company, your role will be key to extend cross-functional partnership throughout the organization with Product, DEV CX, and Marketing for consistent alignment and execution, build opportunities to explore and identify marketing patterns, experiment data-analysis to backup hypotheses, propose innovative growth tactics and drive exponential thriving.


Responsibilities
  • Drive Product Growth Initiatives: Lead the implementation of strategies and experiments aimed at improving product feature adoption, enhancing user activation, and increasing conversion rates across all touchpoints.

  • Marketing Automation Management: Maintain, optimize, and implement new marketing automation workflows within Intercom to enhance user engagement and streamline communication.

  • Data Management and Dashboard Maintenance: Oversee the development and upkeep of dashboards, integrating data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights and track key performance metrics.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Lead continuous improvements and experimentation across the website, product, and online stores to maximize user conversions through A/B testing, UX enhancements, and performance analysis.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing and CX teams by providing data-driven insights into product performance, user behavior, and customer feedback to refine advertising campaigns, enhance SEO targeting, and improve overall customer experience.


Qualifications
Required
  • 2+ years of related experience on growth hacking, digital marketing, or similar roles with a track record of successful growth initiatives.

  • At least 2 years of experience working in SaaS, eCommerce, or mobile app growth.

  • English: strong written and verbal communication with presentation skills

  • A data-driven & analytical enthusiast with ability to find creative solutions with limited resources.

  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).and translating insights into action

  • Expertise in running A/B tests and analyzing the results to optimize strategies.

  • A self-starter who moves fast & takes initiative and thrives in startup environment

  • Skilled in establishing clear definitions of success that include defining measurables and KPIs for customers’ businesses.

  • Highly developed organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines with a quick turnaround.

Preferred
  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media growth, and email marketing.

  • 2+ years professional experience as a functional analyst, product owner or similar role.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
