About the Role

As a strategic account manager, you will drive process improvement and enhance the client experience by ensuring smooth payroll and HR onboarding. Operating in the fast-paced stablecoin and crypto ecosystem, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine operations, incorporate customer feedback, and optimize global employment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Contributor Onboarding

Guide clients through HRIS and payroll setup, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Support employees and contractors through onboarding, payroll setup, and benefits enrollment.

Process Improvement & Customer Feedback

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and token operations to optimize workflows.

Provide feedback on product enhancements and operational challenges.

Payroll & Compliance Support

Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions.

Advise on global payroll regulations, benefits, and compliance requirements in the crypto and Web3 space.

Customer Success & Retention

Build strong client relationships and provide ongoing support.

Conduct regular check-ins and proactively address client needs.

Who You Are

5+ years in customer success, HR, payroll, or compliance, ideally in a startup or global employment setting.

Strong understanding of HRIS platforms, payroll processing, and compliance.

Proven ability to identify and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent project management and communication skills.

Comfortable working in the crypto, stablecoin, or Web3 ecosystem.

Experience with multi-country payroll is a plus.
