What You'll Do
Oversee the creation and development of high-quality content, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Lead the production of social media content, including shooting, casting, editing, and creating reels for brands.
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure that all content aligns with the brand's voice and visual identity.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of editors, offering guidance and feedback.
Contribute to the content strategy by planning and editing calendars and content roadmaps, and by creating mood boards and shot lists that align with the overall strategy.
Implement quality control measures, ensuring top editing standards across multiple projects.
Review and provide feedback on scripts, collaborating closely with writers.
Monitor production elements like footage, sound, and visual effects, ensuring they meet project standards.
Support post-production efforts, reviewing edits and coordinating with the production team.
Analyze the performance of social media campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
Background & Skills
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in social media management or content creation roles, with experience in UGC, shooting, casting, and editing content for social media platforms, including reels.
English Skill: Professional Level
Strong Communication: Articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.
Creative Thinking: Bring innovative solutions to the table.
