We are seeking a passionate and creative Content & Social Media Manager to elevate our brand presence and engage our target audience. This role will be responsible for developing and executing content marketing and social media strategies. The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller with a strong understanding of SEO, website content management, social media best practices, and video editing. This role requires excellent communication skills, a data-driven approach, and a passion for creating engaging content that drives results.
How you'll make an impact
Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and target audience needs. Create a variety of content formats, including blog posts, articles, case studies, ebooks, infographics, and social media updates.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. Develop and implement social media strategies, create engaging content, monitor social media channels, and interact with followers.
SEO Optimization: Optimize website content and other marketing materials for search engines. Conduct keyword research, implement on-page optimization techniques, and track SEO performance.
Website Content Management: Manage and update website content using a content management system (CMS). Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for user experience and SEO.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content marketing and social media. Analyze data, provide regular reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment on content and social media strategies.
Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent content publishing.
Staying Current: Stay up-to-date on the latest content marketing and social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Experience You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in content marketing and social media management.
Proven ability to create engaging and effective content.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Experience with website content management systems (CMS), WordPress preferred.
Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Strong analytical skills and experience with data tracking and reporting.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
