Responsible for managing disbursement of client funds via multiple vehicles. Deposit all incoming checks and securities to our clearing firm in an expeditious manner.
Responsibilities
Disbursement of funds from retail and qualified brokerage or advisory accounts
Reviewing and establishing ACH’s request through our clearing firm
Responsible for processing incoming and outgoing transfers
Establishing check writing privileges for customer accounts
Depositing checks and securities for prompt transmittal
Handles simple to complex emails or calls from our clients/ financial professional
Accepts ownership of interaction and provide a high caliber of service and follow through escalating complex issues as appropriate
Adheres to service level of agreement (SLA) and individual/ team metrics
Recommends and facilitates process changes to continuously improve the customer experience
Provides training to field office staff members and home office support staff
Interprets each request and navigates multiple administration systems as well as our workflow and imaging tools and gain document needed information
Maintains field contact while researching, resolving, and communicating case-specific situations and coordinates problem resolution
Remains current in profession and industry trends
Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements
Performs other duties as assigned from team lead or manager of operations
Experience
3-5 years of experience working in a financial setting
Experience working in a broker/dealer preferred
Education/Licenses/Professional Designations
College degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred
SIE and Series 99 willingness to obtain within six months

Excellent organization and communication skills
Strong data entry skills
Paying attention to details
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry
Highly resourceful with the ability to look beyond the obvious

Base Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
