Job description

We are looking for CRM Salesforce Specialist to help us and become a key part of the further development and operation of Salesforce at our clientโ€™s team. We manage the CRM area through an agile team composed of internal specialists and external developers, working together on the development and optimization of features within the Salesforce solution (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud).

Experience: 2+ years

Schedule: Full-time, hybrid in Prague office (3 times/week)

English: Fluent

Czech: Fluent/Native

What to do:

  • With our support, you will gradually develop into an independent analyst/specialist in the CRM Salesforce field.
  • Being part of the team that handles strategy planning, prioritization, and development of the Salesforce platform.
  • You will collaborate with international teams, mainly the German headquarters.
  • Managing external suppliers coordinating agile sprints, delegation, monitoring, evaluating work, approving timesheets and invoices, and ensuring regular communication.
  • Overseeing test management, prioritization, and release management securing testing capacities, preparing and reviewing change sets in collaboration with suppliers, and coordinating deployments.
  • You will also coordinate deliveries to our IT department (IT architecture requirements, security, and integration work).
  • Creating and maintaining Salesforce technical documentation and system configurations.
  • In the future, taking on direct development and configuration of the application itself.
  • Providing support for colleagues, including Salesforce user training.
  • Supporting your personal growth in the field of CRM Salesforce.


You have:

  • We welcome junior candidates as wellโ€”what matters most is experience with Salesforce ๐Ÿ›’ (whether as a user, analyst, or administrator).
  • Experience in business analysis.
  • Strong communication skillsโ€”your solutions should be built on the needs of internal/external clients.
  • Professional proficiency in Czech and English.
  • Experience in sales is an advantage.
