Position Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible to solve organizational challenges through people-related solutions and serve as an integral part of a region or corporate leadership team, to understand overall business needs and be a thought leader on human capital and organizational topics. In collaboration with the National Human Resources Leader, the HRBP will design and execute the end-to-end human capital strategy that will drive the business to meet its goals. This role requires a combination of hands-on and strategic reasoning and thinking, the use of data to guide work, being a comfortable challenging convention, and, in some cases, influencing line and mid-level leaders to reassess how work is done.
Key Responsibilities
Develop processes and procedures to support team members, including compensation, performance management, organizational design, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, organization culture, rewards and recognition, and talent management and retention
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Maintain required employee documentation including primary source verification of all required licensures and sanction checks where required
Develop and execute a comprehensive onboarding and training strategy in collaboration with market leaders
Manage employee relations in a confidential and compliant manner, working to resolve and document issues according to company, federal and state guidelines
Implement performance management and talent development process in collaboration with executive leadership
Responsible for being a subject matter expert on organizational and people-related planning and execution
Provide insightful data to guide decision-making and offer proactive solutions, solving problems and getting to the root cause of any issue, regardless of complexity
Support rollout of technology to support overall business needs including payroll, HRIS, ATS, and learning management systems
Qualifications
Requires a BA/BS degree
5+ years of relevant work experience, including HR experience, business partner or generalist experience with data, analysis, trends, and reports; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data, and understand trends
Ability to influence through strong relationships, expertise, and data and can manage multiple stakeholders
Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done
Strong sense of the importance of teamwork and collaboration
HR designation preferred (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
Multisite healthcare HR experience
