Job Description:

As an HR Business Partner reporting to our Senior HR Leadership, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our HR strategies with the company's overall objectives. Your responsibilities include advising senior management on best HR practices, overseeing complex employee relations, and leading initiatives in talent management, organizational development, and performance management. This position is integral to fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and driving HR innovations. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining key relationships, including with Trade Unions, and leading a team of HR Advisors
