Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer with a deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, particularly in Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation. As a member of the AI Process Engine Team, you will play a critical role in developing cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance our service management platform together with experienced colleagues laser-focused on making businesses efficient.
These tasks are waiting for you
Design, develop, and implement features for the AI Process Engine leveraging generative AI and retrieval-augmented generation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into Serviceware's software products.
Optimize and fine-tune our product the AI Process Engine to improve performance and scalability.
Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
Advocate for and inform about AI models and processes
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
What you have to offer
Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing software that utilizes AI and machine learning models, with a strong emphasis on leveraging existing large language models and utilizing retrieval-augmented generation.
Strong understanding of data structures & transformations, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ and machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Experience with leveraging vector databases and semantic search in Cloud environments.
Passion for AI, commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest research.
Excellent problem-solving skills with focus on customer value and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compelling communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with IaC tools and cloud platforms (e.g., HashiCorp, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
