Job description

UX Analyst

  • Activities: combines research and design skills to understand end-user needs and presents solutions and designs users want to use; creates sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, user flow diagrams and customer journeys; surveys, observes, and interviews potential users before the solution is created; evaluates early solution concepts to identify strengths, weaknesses, precedents and potential, and tests out these concepts with users throughout the development process; handles usability testing before and after production; ensures end-user satisfaction while keeping business goals in mind
  • Specific expertise requirements: specific tools (e.g. Microsoft Visio, Axure, Balsamiq, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign).

Minimum Post-secondary Education and Experience in ICT: At least 4 years of studies attested by a diploma, and a minimum of 6 years post-secondary professional experience.

Min. Professional Experience in Profile: 5 years.

Minimum Certifications: At least one of the following certificates:

  • Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)
  • Certified User Experience Analyst (CXA)
  • Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g) UX Certification
  • Certified Professional in User Experience (CPUX)
  • Google UX Design Professional Certificate
  • Akendi UX Certification

Languages: The services will be provided in English. Consultants will have at least a B2 level, in accordance with the Common European Framework of References for Languages (CEFR).
