Scopely is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support the SVP, Head of Slate & External Development Partnerships and SVP, GM, on a remote basis or hybrid in Culver City.

Slate Development Group owns Scopely’s editorial and content strategy, including the company’s greenlighting, Game Development Framework (GDF), studio strategy (organic and inorganic) and slate-wide budget and investment strategy.
What you will do:
The Executive Assistant will play a critical and highly visible role in the company, supporting both SVPs and their teams by coordinating impactful communication and collaboration in a highly dynamic environment to ensure company priorities are met. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, organized and service-oriented, with experience working in creative environments.
The 2 SVP’s are both remote in Portugal and San Francisco respectively and the role will be straddling both time zones from 7am - 4pm PST.
Proactively manage and optimize calendars, working closely with the SVPs and their teams to ensure their priorities are met on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and acting as a gatekeeper as appropriate
Fulfill all incoming scheduling requests from across the company and provide ad hoc support to their teams as needed, independently resolving scheduling conflicts with little to no supervision
Manage special events and projects, including team offsites, and corporate greeting cards and gifts
Own day-to-day internal administrative function (e.g. aggregating and managing internal reports)
Assist in developing and organizing internal and partner presentations
Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements and logistics, including flights, hotels, transportation, and visas
Represent the Executives with professionalism, creating a welcoming environment for internal and external stakeholders
Attending meetings and taking notes when necessary, including follow up action items
Coordinating and running meetings for the wider group, booking internal speakers and following up on survey comments
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
Participate in meetings, taking notes and action items and ensuring follow-up action is taken
Collaborate with other Executive Assistants in a team environment to ensure efficient work processes and coordination
Undertake ad hoc tasks and requests as required
What you will need:
Career executive assistant with a minimum of 5 years of experience at C suite level
Experience working with creative, agile gaming/ entertainment teams
Skilled communicator and writer who is highly thoughtful in all interactions
Occasional availability beyond regular business hours when necessary
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Slack, Navan, Miro Asana and/or similar software
Proactive, forward-thinking individual who is able to anticipate the needs of their Executives and remain one step ahead at all times
Team-player with a can-do attitude and an innate ability to adapt to different work styles, make things happen, and help broader team needs
Tech-savvy, resourceful, and creative problem-solver with sound judgment and a demonstrated ability to resolve issues
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and to navigate high-pressure, time-sensitive needs with grace, a sense of urgency, and composure
Ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization and be an ambassador for the teams
For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $98,600 - $121,800 plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
