Requirements

- Proven experience as a secretary, group secretary, or administrative assistant.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Outstanding writing skills, with the ability to create and manage documentation and knowledge bases.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
