Our team of developers, designers, testers, DevOps, and project leads hail primarily from North and South America, serving clients globally. Founded as AgilityFeat in 2010, we began to focus on WebRTC in 2015. We are headquartered in Charlottesville, VA with a QA/testing center in Panama City, Panama, and a new remote office in Bogotá, Colombia. We’ve always worked remotely, which is part of what makes us so passionate about remote communications.

We are looking for a Latin America-based Senior WebRTC Developer with extensive experience with AWS or Azure services and cloud architecture to join our team for a new project. Additional experience in MS Teams application development is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain real-time communication applications.
Architect scalable and efficient software solutions for real-time communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Implement and maintain best practices for software development and architecture.

An entrepreneurial mindset with the initiative and resourcefulness to quickly identify problems, overcome challenges, and provide timely solutions
Ability to work remotely on your own equipment with a strong internet connection
Ability to work each day on Eastern or Central time zone business hours

Technical Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience with real-time protocols (e.g., WebSockets, WebRTC) or VoIP technologies (SIP, RTP, WebRTC)
3+ years of experience with web frontend frameworks like React/Vue.js
3+ years of experience with C#
Extensive experience with AWS or Azure services and cloud architecture
Expertise in software architecture and design patterns
Strong knowledge of database technologies and data storage solutions
Experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, Docker/Kubernetes, and IaaS platforms (AWS or Azure)
Solid networking knowledge (OSI layers, TCP/IP)
Experience in agile teams using Scrum or Kanban
