Job Description:

Phreesia is looking for an individual to join our patient-focused Campaign Research team who is passionate about healthcare, a self-starter who is looking to start or grow their career in market research. 

The primary focus of the position is developing, programing, and reporting on patient surveys used to measure our PatientConnect campaigns, a digital patient engagement offering for disease or treatment education.  

You will:  

Primary responsibilities 

  • Draft templated surveys to measure the performance of PatientConnect campaigns and collect insights about patient populations  

  • Conduct background research to understand market landscape related to PatientConnect campaigns 

  • Track development and review of surveys for PatientConnect campaigns and regularly update internal tracking tools with information on survey status/ progress 

  • update surveys based on feedback from clients and other stakeholders during survey development 

  • Program, QA/ test, and launch surveys on Alchemer 

  • Track campaign progress and prepare internal trackers for monthly reporting of survey data 

  • Create Templated Powerpoint reports to show PatientConnect campaign performance 

 

You have:  

  • BA or BS, with 1 year of experience working on market research projects- particularly survey-driven projects 

  • Critical eye for the details. You prioritize accuracy and value attention to detail in every task. 

  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously. 

  • Intermediate-to-advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.  

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • The ability to work collaboratively across teams and with different stakeholders 

  • A willingness and comfort with asking questions, raising concerns, and learning from your mistakes.  

Nice to Have:  

  • A strong relevant educational background in data analytics 

  • Familiarity with the US healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry. 

  • Experience with SurveyGizmo or a similar survey programming platform
