What we’re looking for: 

SHAZAM is looking for a Product Manager to join our product management team. In this role, you will both guide and oversee the ideation, strategy, pricing and execution of our products and services, ensuring that they surpass customer expectations, remain competitive, deliver a secure and quality experience, comply with industry and regulatory standards, and successfully launch to reach performance goals. 

 

What you'll do: 

  • Manage and/or contribute to the aggregation and strategic use of data related to products and services in Core and Digital platforms, including but not limited to: core, account opening, digital banking- including business banking, teller, document management, call reports, card management within core, compliance management, reporting and report creation as needed. You will not be responsible for all of the above, but you may be asked to contribute knowledge and coordinate efforts with the product managers of any you are not directly responsible for.
  • Collaboratively define and demonstrate the coverage of the end-to-end client experience for all initiatives, including enhancements, new products/services development, review and prioritization of defects, product releases- from enrollment to implementation, setup usage/workflow, updates, troubleshooting.
  • Participate in, propose and drive agendas, and coordinate efforts to aggregate and sort client feedback in customer focus groups and other forums, including but not limited to client surveys, Core User Group, Strategic Advisory Council, and client interviews. This will include the planning and execution.
  • Perform research, build and maintain knowledge of the existing product features and pricing, competitor product features and pricing, customer needs and market trends. This will include performing annual SWOT analysis and collaborating with other teams, including Market Intelligence, and Business Analysts.

What you need:

  • 10+ years in the banking industry, working within Core & Digital systems.
  • Experience aggregating information and feedback to make strategic decisions.
  • Must be able to review data sets in multiple formats to identify trends, research correlation, and strategize on how to coordinate efforts. 
  • Strong verbal & written communication as well as comfort with developing and presenting in small- and medium-scale forums.
  • Product management experience is a plus.
