Senior Product Manager (based in Europe)

Virtuozzo is the leading provider of cloud infrastructure and virtualization software, empowering service providers and enterprises to deliver secure, robust, and scalable platforms to launch cloud services and applications. and right now, we’re seeking to strengthen our Senior Product Manager team. This team shapes and executes the Virtuozzo product strategy, including our core product offerings for CSPs, MSPs, and SMEs. This role demands a seasoned product leader with deep expertise in cloud technologies and virtualization, coupled with a strategic mindset to elevate customer satisfaction and accelerate growth across the Virtuozzo product portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive product strategy for Virtuozzo product suite, including virtualization, cloud management platforms, and infrastructure solutions for CSP, MSP, and SME markets
• Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company’s business objectives and customer needs
• Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather insights, validate product hypotheses, and refine strategies to address market demands
• Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful execution of product launches, feature iterations, and market positioning
• Lead market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, ensuring Virtuozzo is positioned to capitalize on new technologies and shifts in the market
• Define and implement pricing models and value propositions that drive customer adoption and revenue growth while maintaining a competitive edge in the market
• Work on cross-product initiatives to create a seamless experience across the Virtuozzo ecosystem, including integrations with third-party tools and emerging technologies

• Use data and analytics to guide product decisions and ensure product-market fit
• Deep understanding of the financial implications of product decisions, including pricing strategies, ROI, and market positioning
• Proactive approach to identifying challenges and finding innovative solutions to meet product and customer demands
• Flexibility to adjust strategies based on evolving market trends, customer feedback, and technological advancements
   

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on cloud infrastructure, virtualization, or related technologies
• Proven success in building and executing product strategies for technology-driven markets, particularly in the CSP/MSP/SME space
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as OpenStack, KVM, or similar technologies
• Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for problem solving and collaboration
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences
