IS&T Technician Job Summary

Seeking an IT professional to deploy computing hardware, provide technical support, and maintain IT infrastructure at a project site. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, supporting software applications, managing IT assets, and assisting with automation and reporting.

IS&T Technician Responsibilities

Deploy and support computing hardware and network infrastructure.
Provide deskside support for end users, including MS Office, email, and collaboration tools.
Install and maintain standard applications and IT systems.
Develop reports, dashboards, and automate workflows.
Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with IT procedures.
Assist with IT planning for proposals and projects.

IS&T Technician Position Requirements

1-2 years of experience with a degree or 5-6 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
