As a Retail Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Account Executives who are focused on closing new business sales within North America.

What you’ll be doing:

Hands-on coaching the AE team to build a customer first sales experience while they showcase the Lightspeed platform to retailers within the US and Canada.
Identify areas of opportunity and deliver results that are specific to new business and your specific pod
Utilize Salesforce to report on forecasting, analyze conversion rates and additional sales activity metrics
Responsible for the new business targets for your team
Work closely with the existing Retail leadership team to organize and conduct training, lead team meetings, and other team & pod related initiatives.

What you need to bring:

Experience in hiring, leading and coaching a team of Account Executives
Experience using Salesforce for reporting and forecasting
A passion for driving revenue growth, an exceptional team culture, and a positive customer experience
Experience within SaaS and/or Retail sales is a plus
