Goals:
The Provisioning Support is responsible for handling our WAN ordering, licensing reconciliation and billing processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of licensing systems (O365, MS SPLA), timely processing of orders (WAN, Voice, Licensing), and maintaining accurate records within the company’s CRM and other internal systems in support of blueAPACHE’s emPOWER services.
Requirements
