Your Impact
As an Enterprise Sales Executive 2 at Personify, you will play a pivotal role in driving our MemberClicks business forward. MemberClicks is a modern and flexible Association Management System that is run on a world-class infrastructure and powers best in class associations and nonprofits in North America. You will also have the opportunity to sell the majority of the Personify technology solutions providing you ample opportunity to close deals.
Here’s How You Will Make a Significant Impact
- Build and maintain executive-level and business-level relationships, ensuring every interaction is professional, purposeful, and adds value.
- Engage customers with intellectual curiosity and purpose, identifying opportunities to address their most pressing challenges.
- Leverage your knowledge of the nonprofit and association sectors to navigate complex sales cycles effectively.
- Manage revenue streams, sales opportunities, quotas, pipeline, and forecasts to meet and exceed team and individual goals.
- Conduct sophisticated sales processes, craft compelling value propositions, and negotiate contracts that meet both customer needs and organizational goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customers' strategic objectives and providing solutions tailored to their success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Professional Services teams to align efforts and maximize customer impact.

Qualifications
- Proven track record of 5+ years of success in enterprise-level B2B sales, preferably in software or SaaS.
- Strong experience in selling to executive-level stakeholders, including C-Suite and senior decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of the nonprofit or association management sector is a plus.
- Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and closing six-figure deals.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to manage a full pipeline and meet or exceed quotas.
- Proficient in using CRM tools like Salesforce to track and manage sales activity.
- Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a growth-oriented mindset.
- Thrives in a collaborative, remote-first environment and excels at working cross-functionally.
