As the first HR hire at Oneleet, you’ll report to the Chief of Staff and work closely with the CEO and founding team—getting a front-row seat to building a fast-growing company! Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. Create documentation, onboarding and training materials and help implement hiring best practices across all departments.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations etc.
  • Performance Management: Support performance review processes, assist in the creation of career paths and other employee growth opportunities.
  • Benefits & Compensation: Assist with benefits administration, payroll, and other employee programs.
  • HR Operations: Maintain HR systems, records, and policies while contributing to creating or improving HR processes. Own internal documentation (i.e Code of Conduct, Employee handbook etc) ensuring the team has up to date resources.
  • People Operations: Be the team’s “go-to” person for HR related questions, escalating as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR experience (bonus points for experience in a startup environment).
  • Experience managing and collaborating with employees and contractors across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Expert understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and talent management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and move fast in a startup environment.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to meet tight deadlines and deliver results.
