About the Role
As a Human Resources Operations Specialist based in China, you will play a key role in managing HR operations and fostering a positive work environment as we expand our business into the region. Fluency in both English and Mandarin, including the ability to read, write, and speak in both languages, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding tracking, offboarding, leave management, and hiring.
  • Conduct screening calls and interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive experience and effective evaluation.
  • Post job openings on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms with clear and compelling job descriptions.
  • Generate and distribute HR-related forms and letters, such as offer letters, employment contracts, performance appraisal forms, disciplinary letters, and resignation acceptance letters.
  • Prepare and manage documents related to benefits enrollment, policy updates, and regulatory compliance.
  • Schedule interviews and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including candidates, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written) is a must.
  • Previous experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Result oriented, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong-bias for action
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take on any task.
  • Comfortable working in an extremely fast paced and international environment
