We are in search of a meticulous and proactive HR Onboarding Expert to oversee and improve our onboarding process. The ideal candidate will bring extensive HR experience and a genuine enthusiasm for making positive first impressions. This role demands a professional capable of designing and implementing effective onboarding programs that reflect our company culture and values.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop projects and activities aimed at improving the process of personnel onboarding;
  • Automate the onboarding process;
  • Participate and support in building the communication process between the newcomer and his/her colleagues during the probationary period;
  • Conduct surveys among new employees, preparing analytics, adjusting onboarding improvement projects based on the results;
  • Update onboarding program changes when the structure and/or business processes change;
  • Build systematic work with universities in Kazakhstan and Caspian region (+4 countries), internship program
  • Set up Exite Interview procedure: conduct exit interview and prepare monthly/quarterly analytics;
  • Lead a project to automate the recruitment department, integrate ERP system;
  • Participate in internal corporate projects aimed at strengthening the employer brand, automation of business processes, cross-functional projects aimed at improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR;
  • At least 1 year experience in personnel onboarding projects, automation, systematization and scaling of onboarding projects for the company;
  • Experience in automation of business systems, applications, ERP in HR department;
  • Important skills and personal competencies: project management experience, high level communications, systemic thinking, analytical mindset, stress resistance, result-oriented, team player;
  • Technical competencies: Microsoft Office, Excel formulas, pivot tables, Outlook, any ERP systems

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
