We are looking to add a Junior IT Recruiter to our team who is passionate about talent growth and development. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, helping us connect exceptional talent with exciting opportunities in the tech industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct proactive and strategic sourcing of passive candidates through professional networks and other recruitment channels.
  • Perform initial candidate interviews to assess both technical skills and general competencies.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other platforms.
  • Manage and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.

  • Requirements:
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or any role involving direct interaction with the public (preferred).

  • Education or studies related to Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
