About the job Senior Candidate Recruiter for Spain

You are welcomed here as you bring:

  1. 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferable at a staffing agency);
  2. Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices);
  3. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search);
  4. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews;
  5. Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels;
  6. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases;
  7. Solid organizational and time-management abilities;
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  9. Strong decision-making skills.


As a core team member, you will:

  • Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs;
  • Design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements;
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.;
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities;
  • Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries;
  • Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed;
  • Network and build long-lasting client relationships;
  • Contribute to further development, change management in the company;
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
