Job description

We're looking for passionate and driven Junior Recruiters to join our growing team. As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to help our organization reach our growth goals.

Requirements

Location

  • This is a work-from-home setup.
  • You would work either of these shifts (to be determined):
    • You would work a split shift (approximately 8am-1pm EST and then 9pm-1am EST)
    • You would work a Mid-shift (approximately 3:30am - 12:30pm EST)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and interview feedback.
  • Assist in managing job postings and candidate communications.
  • Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to build the company’s talent pipeline.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires as needed.
  • Continuously improve recruiting strategies to ensure the best candidate experience.
What Makes a Strong Candidate
  • Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role.
  • Educational background from a top-tier university, ideally one of the “Big Four” in the Philippines, combined with continuous learning and professional development in talent acquisition or HR.
  • Highly organized and outstanding organizational ability
  • A team player who has a willingness to learn and grow at a fast-pace
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong academic background who graduated with an outstanding General Weighted Average

We also need you to:

  • Be able to work independently and have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Have a demonstrated ability to learn new things quickly and think on your feet

  • Can work through obstacles and challenges

  • Be highly organized with strong time management skills

  • Be results-driven and goal-oriented



Benefits

Wages:

  • The total hourly rate paid ends up being between $8.50 - $11.5 per hour.
  • This consists of multiple components (Before any fees you pay for wire transfers and currency conversions):
  • Base Rate of $8 - $11 USD/Hour
  • Additional $.25 USD/hour as a company contribution to go towards your own health insurance costs
  • Additional $.25 USD/hour as a company contribution to go towards any additional insurance/benefits that you buy on your own
  • Target 42.5 billable hours per week
  • Additionally, you accrue Life Leave which can optionally be cashed in each year adding to your earnings.
While payment is in USD, if converting it to Pesos, the salary ranges from 80,000 - 120,000 PHP/month depending on experience, background, USD conversion rate, and hours.

Time Off:

We believe in working hard and striving for your best throughout the year but also that individuals should have an abundance of flexibility to take time off to see family, friends, or pursue their passions. All team members have:

  • 20 vacation days per year

  • 5 sick days per year

  • 7 company holidays per year
