IT & Engineering Technical Recruiter - (ZR_19728_JOB)

This is a remote position.

• Full life cycle recruiting of technical hires
  
• 5+ years of successful track-record as a Recruiter recruiting for Information Technology professionals
  
• Must have prior Agency Staffing experience
  
• Proven success sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying candidates through diverse channels
  
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to find common ground in negotiations
  
• Expert use of various job boards, social networking sites, blogs, etc…
  
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision in a fast pace agency environment
  
• Have a knack for learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies
  
• Able to recognize, based on experience, what the perfect candidate looks like for any given job description
  
• Able to generate candidate interest in our customer requirements creatively and convincingly
  
• Out-of-the-box thinking capabilities to strategize and execute searches for niche technical skills
  
• Thoroughly evaluate technical candidates to check personal qualifications against job requirements
  
• Conduct pre-screens and efficiently move candidates through our process
  
• Work with sales team on a daily basis to provide impeccable customer service
  
• Coordinate interview schedules with appropriate personnel
  

• Recruiter extraordinaire who has worked in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  
• Results driven, acts with a strong sense of urgency

• Proven ability to adapt to various groups and establish common ground to influence others effectively
  
• Proven Technical Sourcing skills
  
• Must be able to articulate technical challenges and understand (at least high level) how web architecture works
