IT Recruiter Intern

Aliz is an award-winning Google Cloud Partner based in Hungary. 

We’re a small (100 people) IT service company that focuses on delivering impactful cloud solutions (think: putting data from a physical server in the client’s basement to the cloud, and then figuring out how to make storing it cost-effective, and then figuring out what to do with all that data using machine learning, etc.) for our clients globally (but currently mainly in Europe and the Asia Pacific region). Our people are in Hungary, Germany, Singapore, and Indonesia, so these are the markets we recruit for. 

Our clients expect expertise in the Google Cloud Platform because that’s kind of our thing, so when we are not training someone to be an expert in GCP, we’re looking for them all over the world (which is quite a challenge, so we have to be very creative). We have big plans for growing and so we’re looking for an extra pair of hands to join our dedicated recruitment team.

• writing job descriptions in cooperation with our engineers.
• managing the entire applicant experience from utilizing online sourcing platforms to screening candidates and organizing interviews.
• administering all sourcing- and recruitment-related data.
• developing our sourcing database tools.
• reforming our selection process, if necessary.
• planning and coordinating our talent pool strategy (university relations...etc.).

You will need

• a ‘techie’ mindset and/or IT-company-related experience.
• a proactive and innovative ‘can do’ attitude.
• self-awareness and intrinsic motivation for continuous self-development.
• professional-level communication skills in English.

It would be nice if you also have

• experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and the Google ecosystem (Gmail, Drive, Chrome, Gemini, etc.).
• an interest in cutting-edge technology (cloud computing, genAI/machine learning, and big data).
• an above-average empathic personality.
• previous work experience or active participation in any student organization.
