What you will do

Own and lead critical organizational initiatives for Kheyti from 0 to 1:

• Incept & design strategy: Develop a strategic roadmap aligned to Kheyti’s long-term goals, including a multi- year action plan, interim milestones, and north star objectives
  

• Achieve expert status: Become an SME in your project domain, consolidating research and insights to build context for yourself, and resources / collateral for the broader team
  

• Test & iterate hypotheses: Methodically yet efficiently learn firsthand from the field - through farmer & stakeholder engagement and discovery 
  

• Execute & scale project: Manage a small team or work with other leaders / colleagues to operationalize & scale projects
  

• Transition to steady state: Institutionalize processes & best practices, with a ‘ready-to-scale’ playbook ready to be taken over by Kheyti’s core operations team
  

Examples of Initiatives include:

• Mobilizing government loans to farmers in the last mile
  

• Develop Kheyti’s Dealer Network from scratch
  

• Figure out Kheyti’s Supply Chain of the Future
  

What we’re looking for

Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years of experience, combining generalist experiences (consulting, analytics, founder’s office, etc.)  with a sustained tenure of project ownership / building
  

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
  

• Proficient in productivity tools, quick to learn new tech
  

• Nice to have: Previous experience in a high-growth startup

• Scrappy, yet calculated - eager to jump into the weeds to ideate solutions and overcome roadblocks; although doing so with intentionality, not losing the forest from the trees
