IDENTIFY | Find the Right Partners

As our Sponsorship Account Executive, you have a sharp eye for potential partners who would benefit from investing in our sponsorship opportunities. You understand the sponsorship landscape and can identify brands that align with our events, content, and audience.

ENGAGE | Build Meaningful Relationships

You know that sponsorship is more than just a transaction—it’s about creating long-term partnerships. You care about our sponsors and their success. You confidently communicate our value proposition and customize sponsorship solutions to meet sponsor objectives. Whether through calls, emails, meetings, or industry events, you build rapport and establish trust with decision-makers. You work and communicate closely with our existing sponsors to ensure commitments are executed on time and to success. 

CLOSE | Drive Revenue & Growth

You are results-driven and relentless in meeting and exceeding sales targets. You expertly guide prospects through the sales process—from initial outreach to contract negotiation—ensuring a seamless experience. You thrive on securing deals that provide value for both the sponsor and CTC.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Day-to-Day Success
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sponsorship sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Manage inbound leads while proactively seeking new sponsorship opportunities.
  • Develop compelling sales presentations, case studies, and proposals tailored to client objectives.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with confidence and integrity.
Success in Your First 3-6 Months
  • Build a robust sponsorship pipeline through outbound prospecting, including cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers at platforms, agencies, and corporate partners.
  • Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to create new sponsorship opportunities.
  • Shorten sales cycles, improve conversion rates, and maximize deal size.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 2-5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of sponsorships, partnerships, and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to set the standard in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Great client management skills

SALARY RANGE

  • $80,000 base salary, annually
  • Bonus Structure | custom commission bonus
