We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our Client Services team. The ideal candidate will have experience in product communications and account management, with a strong ability to collaborate with team members and drive projects to completion.

Job Responsibilities

Support the team in managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction.
Assist in the development and execution of communication plans for product launches and campaigns.
Monitor project performance and support team in providing insights for optimization.
Keeps a pulse on industry, client, therapeutic area and competitor news to allow us to be strategic thought partners to senior leaders on the team and our clients.
Utilize VEEVA for managing client data and project workflows.
Take ownership of smaller projects and ensure their timely and successful delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing support.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their career development and growth within Spectrum.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Experience in product communications and account management.
Prior PR agency experience.
Prior experience with large scale campaigns.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and VEEVA.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The anticipated salary range for this position will be $70,000-$95,000. Salary is based on job-related factors such as: years of relevant experience, qualifications and/or certifications. Spectrum reserves the right to modify this pay range at any given time.
